To get the old “stop” button back instead of the new “Slide to Stop” feature on your iPhone 14 running recent iOS (like iOS 26.1+), go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch, then enable “Prefer Single-Touch Actions” to switch back to a simple tap to turn off alarms. This system-wide setting removes sliders and brings back the single-tap buttons for alarms and timers. (Found using AI in Google search!)
